5. I declare that I own the pictures or videos that Im submitting to Hardcore Junky or I have permission to use them.
6. Hardcore Junky does not pay me for the pictures or movies that I submitted.
7. Hardcore Junky has no influence in making me take these pictures.
8. All pictures that Im submitting do not contain illegal materials.
9. I understand that Hardcore Junky is not required to post my pictures at all for no reason whatsoever.
10. I agree not to abuse the use of Hardcore Junky's form and file uploader. Hardcore Junky reserves the right to take legal actions to those who try to hack, abuse and misuse our forms.
